Dear Mercedes-Benz owners, please note that the Mercedes-Benz navigation systems require a step by step map update each year, before using the latest map disc, otherwise the map disc will be unreadable. This is the Mercedes-Benz factory requirements, which have no exclusions on any models.
Please note that we do not have the previous year map discs and are not able to supply them.

The car owner is responsible for preparing the navigation system to be compatible with the latest map disc update

However, at any point in time Navigation Australia cannot guarantee that (a) our digital maps are a 100% reflection of the Australian road network, or (b) that we will be able to address map error requests within consecutive map update releases.
